Property Inspections
A property inspection
is for your security and peace of mind. Whether you’re buying or selling a home, commercial space, or investment, knowing
its condition guarantees you a fair and smooth transaction. Your property inspection is a thorough, in-depth visual examination
of the structural and operating components of the property performed by trained professionals.
Afterward, we will
create a report of your property’s condition that will serve as a valuable guide to your property for years to come.
Your computerized report can be delivered to you in various ways; mailed, delivered on-site, transmitted electronically or
in some cases even hand delivered to your home.
How We Can Help You
Our inspections
enable you to take control of your real estate transaction by helping you:
-
Identify potential problems
-
Survey
the property's condition, including possible radon and environmental issues
-
Consider possible repairs and upgrades
-
Take
measure of your investment decision
-
Experience confidence and peace of mind about your investment and any negotiations.
We Are Impartial and Work
For You
Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation so that
you can understand and take care of your valuable investment. Your interests are our interests before, during, and after the
inspection.
What To Expect
The inspection provides an invaluable learning and
discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot. You will gain insight into maintenance and energy
